Orders placed before 2pm PT ship the same working day. Every parcel ships carbon-neutral — we offset the full delivery, not just the last mile.

Duties and taxes are calculated at checkout, so there is no surprise bill when the parcel arrives.
Returns
Unused, unlit items can come back within 30 days for a full refund. If the fault is ours we refund the original shipping too.
The 30-day scent guarantee
Burn it for 30 days. If the scent is not for you, we refund it or swap it for another — even if the vessel is half gone. We would rather you found the right scent than kept a candle you do not light.
Packaging
Unbleached kraft boxes, paper tape, paper void fill. No plastic, no bubble wrap, no polystyrene. If your parcel arrives with plastic in it, tell us.
